Julius is a simple application that can convert numbers.

Actually, this application doesn't convert any kind of numbers. It converts them from Roman digits to Arabic digits, as well as in the opposite direction, from Arabic digits to Roman digits.

The user interface of this application is very simple, providing just the required functionality. It's intuitive and using it shouldn't give you any trouble. It also provides a drop-down window that displays the operations of the built-in conversion algorithm.

The application comes with multilingual user interface. You can use English, German, or French. It also has documentation that is written in those languages.

Pluses: it converts numbers from Arabic digits to Roman digits, and from Roman digits to Arabic digits very fast. It provides a drop-down window, where you can see the operations of the conversion algorithm.
